In journalism, errors are possible even when due diligence measures are followed. When brought to our attention, we do not hesitate to recognise and respond to them.
The TalkX Box Fact Check corrects errors as soon as feasible and in a transparent manner. If the change is simple, we will implement it within twenty-four hours after being notified. However, it could take up to 72 hours if the correction requires additional research or consultations with individuals. You may make comments at the conclusion of each article, video, or post. You can also send an email to [email protected] to request that a story be modified or amended.
The TalkX Box also monitors its extensive social media presence, and we encourage feedback and criticism from our readers.
If there is a significant correction or change that affects the rating of a news article, it will be noted with “Correction” at the top, and we will explain what changed and why it was required. This makes the history of each repair transparent and straightforward to comprehend.
If new information emerges after a story has been published that significantly adds to the story but does not affect the rating, it is labelled “Update” at the conclusion of the article.
Generally, editors do not record fixes for typos, misspellings, grammatical errors, or other modifications that they do not deem significant.
