How Many Kids Does Kristin Davis Have?

Kristin adopted her daughter Gemma in 2011 when she was just a toddler. In 2018, she adopted a son, no one knows what his name is quite yet. Kristin, since becoming a mother, has only given us glimpses of her two children. She has, however, avoided posting any images that reveal their identities.

Kristin posted a photo of her son to Instagram in May of 2019. With the remark, “Nothing brings more joy than seeing the babes enjoy new things,” she posted a picture of herself and her son next to the baby in the water.

Kristin shared her desire for her children to “have access to the Black community” on Red Table Talk. She told Jada Pinkett Smith, “Because my children are African-American, I feel like it is my duty and my job to do as much research, as much work, build as many bridges as possible because you are their community.”

She Continued:-

“I work at that every day, trying to figure out how I can make sure they have access to the Black community, that they’re part of it, that they’re not separated from it.”

What Did Kristin Say About Being a Single Mom?

Kristin’s exes have included notable names including Damian Lewis, Alex Baldwin, Russell James, and Aaron Sorkin, among others. Davis, at 58, is content with his single status. In an interview with Haute Living, she talks about the challenges she’s faced as a single mother.

She said, “I certainly intellectually feel like I’d like to have another romantic relationship, but I don’t know how to make the day-to-day of it happen. I don’t have time!”.

“Previously in life, stability has not been that important to me in a relationship or with a man. I had my own independence, my own stability within myself. I wasn’t looking for a man to be stable. It wasn’t in my fantasy,” she explained.

She now realizes how important stability is after adopting children. “Stability is a huge, huge part of that… I do have friends who have stable marriages and I look at them and admire what they have, but I don’t necessarily think I’ve ever had that kind of relationship,” she admitted.

“I don’t know that I necessarily totally intended to [still be single], though I do remember being young and thinking, ‘Why are all these people getting married?’ “But I’m an actress – I’ve never exactly been the status quo.”
