It’s over for Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers. Just over a year after he unexpectedly announced that they were engaged, a source close to Rodgers says that the NFL star, 38, and the actress, 30, have split. Here is a Twitter post related to his divorce:

The source says, “They’re very different people with busy careers and there were obstacles that they couldn’t surmount. They will remain friendly; there’s no bad blood and no drama. It just didn’t work out for them.”
Woodley’s agent chose not to respond. A Rodgers representative declined to comment. When it was revealed that Rodgers had tested positive for the coronavirus in November 2021, news of their breakup followed. Rodgers has faced criticism over his immunization record.
He claimed to be “immunized” in August of last year when questioned by the media about whether or not he had received the COVID-19 shot in light of tightening NFL regulations for the 2021 season. However, Rodgers revealed that he was not immunized on the Pat McAfee Show on November 5.
