Apple Arcade, the subscription-based gaming service that offers access to hundreds of games across Apple devices, has announced four new titles that will be joining the platform this month. These are NBA 2K24 Arcade Edition, Cut the Rope 3, and Jeopardy! World Tour+, and Crossword Jam+. In addition, more than 30 existing games on Apple Arcade will receive updates and new features throughout October.

NBA 2K24 Arcade Edition
NBA 2K24 Arcade Edition is the latest instalment of the popular basketball simulation game from 2K Games. It features NBA legend Allen Iverson as the cover athlete, in a special tribute to the 25th anniversary of the NBA 2K franchise. Players can build their own NBA legacy with all-new modes such as the Endorsement, customize their MyPLAYER and MyCOURT, and compete with the greatest fantasy teams in history. NBA 2K24 Arcade Edition will be available on Apple Arcade on October 27.
Cut the Rope 3
Cut the Rope 3 is the newest chapter in the hit mobile franchise that has more than 1.6 billion downloads worldwide. It is an exciting adventure that starts with a mysterious map and a promise of great discoveries. Players will join Om Nom and Nibble Nom, two adorable monsters, as they explore uncharted territories and solve creative and challenging puzzles. Cut the Rope 3 will be available on Apple Arcade on October 13.
Jeopardy! World Tour+
Jeopardy! World Tour+ is a fresh way to play America’s Favorite Quiz Show. It allows players to challenge the world in thousands of categories and earn bragging rights as they climb the leaderboards. Players can also enjoy special events and tournaments, unlock new avatars and collectables, and chat with other players. Jeopardy! World Tour+ will be available on Apple Arcade on October 6.

Crossword Jam+
Crossword Jam+ is a relaxing word game that takes players on a journey around the world. Players can swipe letters to form words, fill in crossword puzzles, and learn fun facts about different countries and cultures. The game also features daily challenges, bonus levels, and rewards. Crossword Jam+ will be available on Apple Arcade soon.

In addition to the new titles, Apple Arcade will also bring exciting updates and features to more than 30 existing games on the platform this month. Some of the highlights include:
- Cooking Mama: Cuisine! – Whip up new Halloween-themed treats with Mama, such as pumpkin pie, candy apples, and spooky cookies.
- Fruit Ninja Classic+ – Slice up fruit with the new Halloween Blade in the Abandoned Dojo, a spooky new location with ghosts and bats.
- Cityscapes: Sim Builder – Put on a citywide festival to celebrate the Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday that honours the deceased.
- LEGO Brawls – Celebrate Halloween with new costumes, maps, and modes, such as Trick or Treat and Pumpkin Smash.
- Sonic Racing – Race with Sonic and his friends in new tracks inspired by Sonic Colors: Ultimate, such as Tropical Resort and Sweet Mountain.
Apple Arcade is available for $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year in the U.S., with a one-month free trial for new subscribers. It is also included in the Apple One subscription bundle. All games on Apple Arcade are free of ads and in-app purchases and offer strong user privacy protections.
